HelpDesk: client support web based application. The application is enabled to form and collect client orders according subject and to address them to engineers responsible for the orders of the subject. In the result of order workflow the base of knowledge (in form of FAQ) has been formed. The application could be also used as corporative document workflow system due to strongly restricted access rights and order tracking. The system was purchaised by BeeLine Novosibirsk company, the first-rate cellular communication provider in Siberia region.
