A new version of Automated Information System BTI 4.0 is put into the operation. The feature of
the new version is Publication module that is designed for generation of printed documents as follows: appendices of
calculations, explications, technical documents for buildings and other real estate objects that corresponds to
the latest requirements of the government. The module allows one also to create easily new templates for the
documents. So the version 4.0 provides completely automatic way of work of technicians beginning with performing
external measurements and finishing by placing documentation to archive.
The system was designed for Novosibirsk Municipal Office of Technical Inventory and is in use since 1997.
