A new version of Automated Information System BTI 4.0 is put into the operation. The feature of the new version is Publication module that is designed for generation of printed documents as follows: appendices of calculations, explications, technical documents for buildings and other real estate objects that corresponds to the latest requirements of the government. The module allows one also to create easily new templates for the documents. So the version 4.0 provides completely automatic way of work of technicians beginning with performing external measurements and finishing by placing documentation to archive.

The system was designed for Novosibirsk Municipal Office of Technical Inventory and is in use since 1997.

Automated information system BTI 3.0 is put into operation. Migration of server part of the existing system to Linux platform and Informix Online Dynamic Server 9.2 was performed. Windows 2000, ME, XP are added as client part platforms.The features of the version are: data model extension according with new estate legislation; integration with graphic editors in order to create land-use plans and floor plans. The system was designed for Novosibirsk Municipal Office of Technical Inventory and is in use since 1997.

"Session" - the system intended for automation of recordation of conferences. The program allows one to generate a session minutes and verbatim report ready to signature. The application was put in operation in Novosibirsk Regional Chamber of Deputies. The system managing congress-system and digital indicator board is assumed to be developed under the second stage of the project.

HelpDesk: client support web based application. The application is enabled to form and collect client orders according subject and to address them to engineers responsible for the orders of the subject. In the result of order workflow the base of knowledge (in form of FAQ) has been formed. The application could be also used as corporative document workflow system due to strongly restricted access rights and order tracking. The system was purchaised by BeeLine Novosibirsk company, the first-rate cellular communication provider in Siberia region.

Internet-cafee: the system is designed for centralized direction of working places in Internet-cafee. The system is enabled to switch working places off automatically according with specified time. Statistics could be listed for arbitrary time period for each working place and for system as a whole.

"Vostok": the system is designed for managing security complex that includes access control system, power supply system, fire safety system, video observation system and other systems of life support. The system could be configured to fit for object of any degree of complexity. The architecture of the system allows easy adding of new types of devices. The system provides functionality of working places of the system administrator, security guard, pass desk officer and chief of department. The system was designed for Security Systems company (Novosibirsk, Russia).

"Sklad": web-application designed for managing warehouse workflow. The application allows one to form orders for merchandise and provides with all necessary documents: bills, waybills, invoices etc. It enabled to perform purchasing from warehouse by remote distributors. The application is supposed to be integrated with corporative website and web shop.

Building a data collection engine, based on a custom lightweight servlet engine, for a group of UK electrical testing and certification companies. This system runs on a Windows CE handheld device. A report printing system was also developed using FOP / XSLT.
